The process is as follows:
- Schedule a free 15-minute telephone call in which we can briefly discuss your concerns as well as how I work with clients. Click schedule an appointment to book a call today.
- Schedule a 90-minute in-depth consultation session.
- You will receive a consultation form (which will be password protected)
- I will send you information about caffeine and sugar which can make hypnosis more challenging.
- You will be sent descriptions of places people find relaxing and I will ask you to provide a description of a place you find relaxing. This will be used to guide you into hypnosis.
- During the consultation session, you will be asked many questions, including how your birth was, how the pregnancy was with you, and the circumstances at the time you were conceived. We will talk about how your life has been until now as well as your current lifestyle. The aim of this session is to explore the root causes of the concerns you have as well as unhealthy beliefs which have been driving your life until now
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Highly Sensitive People / HSP: Most clients are highly sensitive people and we will ascertain whether you are a Highly Sensitive Person. We will talk about how HSP’s can best manage themselves and their lives and I will provide information about what it means to be highly sensitive and how best to manage ourselves.
Further sessions: Hypnosis is provided as a treatment during sessions after the consultation session.
When do clients notice changes? Clients notice changes within two sessions however if they don’t, I would not offer further sessions because that would be unethical.
I helped a client in the past who experienced her desired changes a few months after the sessions concluded she was, therefore, able to travel via the underground after she had not used the underground for quite some time. You will be able to read that client’s testimonial on my website.
How many sessions will you need?
Many people ask me how many sessions they will need and unfortunately, it’s not possible to answer this question however during the 10 years I have been a hypnotherapist, clients have always been able to tell me when they no longer need sessions and usually, clients don’t need a lot of sessions however the amount of sessions depends on client’s budget, plus their need to make the progress they want to make and that is different for each person.
